The assistant at Ross watch repairs was very welcoming and gave me the best advise on changing my Watch battery. I was asked to return in 30 mins and in that time there was a Fire Alarm at the shopping mall. The assistant assured me as soon as things calmed down he would have my battery replaced and the watch cleaned. 10mins later when the Alarm was cleared I returned to the shop and had my watch cleaned and battery replaced at a acceptable cost.
