Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed must be a joke, right?! I was informed it was coming but was told to try and track my parcel on the day of delivery. The parcel needs a signature but if no one is in it goes to the depot. The depot is open for about 2hrs a day which means I will have to join the queue on Saturday morning . Why not leave it in the shed and lock it!! It’s not the Crown Jewels. But then that would be a special delivery and not another Royal Mail rip off!! Our normal postie is brilliant and Hermes have overtaken everyone. Where’s my guarantee then?
