Haven’t received mail in 10days in spite of a number of items being sent tracked mail. I live in North London. Royal Mail advisor acknowledged they haven’t attempted delivery and there is no facility for me to collect my mail. After 10 days I can complain to sender and they can apply for reimbursement which takes 30 days. Meanwhile I don’t receive what I paid for. This is ridiculous. I can’t depend on Royal Mail during this time when we are mandated to stay at home. I no longer have any trust in Royal Mail.
