Two issues the last two times I have used their website.
First to buy prepaid postage - which I queued up at two local post offices but after going through the scan and typing things into their tills, said they couldn't take it. I had to go to a main post office. Its miles away and now wasted time and energy. Ended up buying prepaid postage with another company and asking for a refund from Royal Mail. To which their reply was - awaiting a decision - still no decision.
Then this week, awaiting a delivery, missed it and now trying to book a redelivery. Website easy to navigate, buy says click on an option below - and there are no options for pick up or redelivery!! madness.
