A total disaster !!! Still waiting for a tracked package which was shipped by the seller on Nov 2nd and had to be delivered in 3-4 days- a child`s birthday present which has been missed . I have been on the phone for >3 hours and called several times with same results: no answers. From the tracking system, I get the message that the item has not been processed yet - since Nov 2nd? I tried the mobile tracking service as well - totally useless, can`t even pick the No. correctly and impossible to raise a complaint online as recipient. I appreciate all challenges posed by COVID-19, UNACCEPTABLE though the level of disservice with a pandemic which is on since 9 months! They are Totally unprepared.
