Never received my parcel that was prchased on Amazon and was supposed to ve delivered by Roysl Mail. They said it was "handed over to resident". Utter rubbish as I had the fire brigade here cause i had a issue with my fire alarm and i was outside. No Royal Mail vehicle ever came. I guess one of the drivers stole my parcel.
Still no feedback from them.
