Some advice to Royal Mail.
1. do not send a text giving a delivery slot that you cannot manage to fulfil.
2. Do not follow up that initial text with silence as to the whereabouts of the parcel, and useless tracking that is not updated.
3. Stop loosing my parcels.
4. And stop delivering neighbours post to my house that I then have to go deliver my self.....aaargh!
