I am busier than ever running an online business and Royal are seriously letting me down. I pay extra for tracking for my customers peace of mind and they end up contacting me because the trace and trace just does not work.
Also 1st class taking up to a week is an absolute disgrace!! I had one parcel 1st class to Glasgow from Corby UK that took 27 days! Did it travel via China? so many messages from customers who haven't received their item and its just Royal Mail failing dismally to do their job. I'm so completely fed up with the incompetence of this company.
I will be looking for an alternative for my business in the new year.
