Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address, they have done this before but this time the item was large and expensive.
The local delivery office is Colwyn Bay and I am waiting for them to respond to my complaint and since they have confirmed that the item was delivered to someone else perhaps they'd like to take the time to find out where and get it back to me.
