Very bad experience with orders through Marks and Spencer. Royal Mail text advised ‘to be delivered on a Sunday by 19.30. Waited and waited , what a waste of a day. Two days later, received another text for delivery that day with a time slot.... and it did arrive. What a waste of time the delivery advice is if it can’t be accurate like so many other courier services are. Will definitely only order with ‘store collection’ in the future to avoid having to wait in all day only to be disappointed. Tried to review on RM e Mail link only to be told ‘We’re sorry, the survey is closed today as we have reached the number of responses we need. We sincerely thank you for your time and interest in sharing feedback about our service. Or was that ‘we have reached the number of responses we feel we want to see and are frightened to see any more’
