Parcel not delivered at stated time. If you're only job is to deliver a parcel and you state that you are going to do it within a specified window and then fail, then you are not offering a service to me and I should be refunded the cost of postage. I should also have the option for charging for my time which I've had to spend waiting in the house for a parcel which didn't arrive.
Terrible company which should be replaced by private companies who can actually deliver a service. I'd be embarrassed to work for them.
