were do i start, i am a online collectables business, i sell on my own website and ebay, in the last week alone i have spent half my day chasing lost parcels, giving refunds to customers even when i have tracking , paypal been or making me refund, my stocks god knows were tracking just saying we have it, well christmas is cancelled, great try telling that a 9 year old, i have had to refunds thousands of pounds worth of items, and still no received one claim for compensation over a lost item from royalmail, after 6 weeks from first one i reported lost, just today already 2 chargeback disputes on paypal on items i have tracking for.. unreal...
