Absolute rubbish service. I am waiting over a week to receive 4 different package. The track and trace service is beyond a joke. It just tells you when It was posted and next update is when they attempt to deliver. They purposely left it like this so they can take their time to deliver. Why would you provide such a service and NOT provide a stage by stage update. It's ridiculous. I used to loathe Hermes but at least they deliver on time and give you proper updates. Royal Mail you should be ashamed of yourselves.
