A parcel sent on the 10th Dec has not been delivered yet and the tracking details for a next day delivery parcel I was due to receive on the 15th hasn’t changed since Monday. Parcels I have sent with other companies have shown accurate tracking information and been delivered in the specified time. If Royal Mail is having problems with their deliveries, then why do they continue to accept more parcels? I for one will never use them again and will check when purchasing to see which carrier they use!
