1. Just recd, 22/12/20 a bouquet of dead cut flowers sent 18/12/20.
2.Also recd bundle of 23 bills/letters/ cards on 16/12/20 some posted back on 27/11/20. Most had 1st class stamps.
3.Card sent 1st class on 8th Dec for 80th birthday on 15/12/20 arrived 22/12/20.
I could go on, numerous failures!!
DPD are performing well despite COVID 19 so what is wrong with Royal Mail???? Avoid RM like the plague! Use technology, the new normal! Avoid failing services. 😢nightmare! No direct complaints service I could find?
