Asked for my parcel to be 48 hour tracked, having got home realised I had been charged for 1st signed (far more expensive) but it said on receipt aim to deliver following day. 8 days later finally arrived. No tracking was available although said on their sight 48 tracked and just said posted at Wheatley post office, no other updates. Tried their customer services email no longer responding. Sight doesn't allow for you to go through claims process. Appalling service
