Not fit for purpose-Only in it for profit!
As a small business, Royal Mail's terrible service ruins our customer experience. Some parcels take over a month to arrive if they make it at all. Over the past 18 Months their service has become progressively worse. They obviously don't invest in extra staffing as extra profit is more important to it's owners and shareholders.
We live in a World where online purchasing is increasing. The Royal Mail is only looking to increase it's profits and not it's quality of service.
Like many small businesses, this Year I will be taking my services to courier as the cost of lost parcels and lost customers is too high if I continue to use the Royal Mail.
