Once again I have received my neighbours mail, it is correctly addressed, we both live at no 1 of our roads. It would be so easy for me to redeliver this item but this time I draw the line. It is my neighbour's bank statement, all the post-woman had to do was READ the address, can it be so difficult. Royal Mail already provides a miserable service, barely 4 days each week but when the part service provided is of this abysmal standard, I beseech the government to offer an alternative to this monopoly.
