Royal Mail postal service have declined over the years. I can honestly say that the majority of our mail arrives late or even not at all. We have received Christmas cards after in January, I'm awaiting large cheques from clients which I know were sent in December, its now the 8th January. We received a traffic fine (luckily it was an error) a weeks past its expiry limit. Our postman has issued a personal apology on Facebook because the service is poorly managed. The service is now outdated and needs to be either revamped or disbanded for other reliable services to take over. Total disgrace.
