Their tracking system is pointless. Every courier has a tracking system that shows you where abouts the parcel is and the royal mail tracking don't show anything at all. You thought a big company as royal mail would have a brilliant tracking system. They are a joke and I avoid using them at all cost because you are at 60% chance you won't receive your goods or it wont arrive at it destination and plus and go wrong and missing you got have much chance of getting your money you lost in goods. They are a complete joke
