Lost special delivery item
Sent a package for special deliverey guranteed Monday 8 March in the morning, was supposed to be delivered next day but now a full week on still not arrived, absolutely useless service. Went to my local post office and everything within that batch was delivered but not mine so defo believe someone decided to steal it, been speaking to Royal Mail back and forth and just a bunch of useless information and just keeps saying put in a claim, will never use Royal Mail again for anything.
