What an appalling company with an appalling service. 7-8 days no post. Awaiting for important mail, sent days ago and still probably waiting at Royal mail somewhere. How does this dreadful service have the nerve to increase postage delivery prices and yet still cannot provide a decent service. Second class mail that has'nt been delivered after 3-4 days probably more? As for customer service, these are words that not in there vocabulary or understanding. The quicker another company is allowed to take over and provide a better service, the better it will be for every person who has at the moment, no choice than to use this outdated, don't give a damm service. Would not have given 1 star, but had no choice. Very disgruntled customer.
