On 22nd March 2021 I sent an item via International Tracking ref. no. LB223966675GB to my mum in Germany. It is a jacket I had knitted for her. It was handed to a company called Langley HWDC on 23rd March. online tracking shows it arrived at a place called Niederaula in Germany on 25th March. Niederaula is 250 km east of Bonn, meaning the item travelled 250 km further than it had to. It appears to remain there and is undelivered. I phoned the German postal service who tell me my contract is with Royal Mail. But on contacting Royal Mail to make enquiries, I only get automated services which do not fit the purpose. This applies to contact via phone, e-mail and web-chat tracking assistant as well as webpage generated forms. The e-mail response actually says they are unable to read any e-mails or respond to them. When trying to contact their delivery partner Langley HWDC it directed me back to Royal Mail.
