First class recorded delivery yet again not delivered a week after sending the letter. Apparently you have 30 days to deliver! This is a ridiculous amount of time? I have sent out appointments for staff who will not attend due to the poor service provided by you. This will cost my business 100's of pounds yet again. No doubt Covid 19 will be used as the excuse!!
Also I cannot se a single good review on here. Will Royal Mail do anything to improve...........I think not!
