Royal Mail Tracking info stated they had my Parcel on Fri at the local delivery office, ready to deliver that day.
No- show.
By Monday the tracking info stated they had only just received it, and it would be delivered between 10am and 3pm.
No-show.
Just not good enough.
Add to that over an hour I spent on Friday going around in circles trying to navigate the ridiculous website trying contact somebody regarding my delivery( After stumbling upon a phone number buried deep inside some sub-menu), then being kept on hold for 25 mins before I gave up.
Royal Mail need a good shake-up.
