Had my prescription sent Tracked 24, marked with Chilled Items.
Got notified next day delivery but dud not arrived.
Item actually arrived 4 days later and ice packs were defrosted.
Had to resend.
Riyal Mail not helpful and couldn't comment in tracking information.
