I only seem to get mail once a week, strange when I know two places that posted letters first class. This is now over a week and one of the letters contain something that is required for Monday and I am only 10 minutes from where it was posted from. If I don't get this letter today, I have to phone the company back. I have sent emails to Royal Mail, one I have received, says a need to wait ten days and then contact the firms. Also told it was a problem in my area, which is a joke, the sorting office is again about 10 minutes from my house. Really poor service and first class mail a joke. Would give no stars if I could.
