I set up and paid £56 for a mail redirection service. They took the money from my card/bank then I had a message saying my form needed amending somewhere AFTER my money was taken. I needed an item/serial number to reprocess, but of course, they hadn't sent me an item/serial number. There is no way of contacting anybody as the complaints robot keeps saying 'sorry, I don't understand'. I did find a number to ring online but this was almost £4 a minute.
This is a scam! I have paid £56 for a service they haven't provided. Plus they aren't contactable about it! Shocking
