I am absolutely disgusted with my recent service from Royal Mail. I sent a parcel on the 17th of September 2021 from UK to Ireland, I have been tracking the parcel everyday and all it keeps saying is that my parcel is at the Mail centre and this has been going on for14 day just stuck at the Mail centre, I called them and they said everything should be fine but still no change. Then the recipient for the parcel called also and all of a sudden Royal Mail informed them that I did not fill out a customs declaration form electronically (when I filled it out on paper) No one told me at all anything about filling out a customs declaration form electroically, which is unacceptable as of course I would have filled it out. They also informed her that they were retuning the parcel to me. They did even inform me of this and it is not shown anywhere on the tracking which I check everyday. Now the recipient has not got their parcel. I am very disappointed.
