Never deliver, tracking apps say delivered, signatures are "X's" and dots and royal mail just say it was signed for... I really will not deal with them, I will not buy from online retailers using royal mail. I was a postman before they sold out. Well this is what we have now a waste of time and posties robbing customers. sooner they go under the better!
