Why oh why do we still use these jokers? Only when there's no other option from the company dispatching the goods... that's why. Absolutely hopeless!!! Paid express delivery for a Christmas gift on December 7th. Tracking shows it was sent out on time by the company but two weeks later still hasn't arrived after being shunted all over the country and back again!!! Absolutely pathetic service. We buy a lot from Amazon who never fail and deliver next day....no problems. The sooner Royal Mail go bust and disappear the better. I suppose they'll blame COVID, instead of their institutionalised laziness and apathy. Utterly pathetic, useless business. Unfortunately there's no option to give a no stars rating..
