Royal Mail 24hr tracked parcel accepted by the post office on 6th Dec now "estimated" to arrive "on or after" 31st Dec. - It only has to travel 120 miles within the UK!
Every day however, the post delivers a mountain of unsolicited junk sent more recently. What about delivering the service that ordinary customers have paid for Royal Mail?
