Been waiting forever for my package. Their tracking says that they delivered it (at a time when i was at work, so its impossible). My local post Office says that it didnt even arrive in austria. I literally cant reach royal mail - their number ist out of Service & i cant use their Chat bot or contact Form cause it wants me to enter a post Code that is at least 6-8 characters long (austrian post codes only have 4 characters). I cant cancel the order either and ask for my money back from the sender cause its an Custom made item. I dont know what to do anymore.
