This last month, one card posted first class on the 24th arrived the 5th January. Two parcels 'lost'
The tracking app doesn't work or provides useless info.
First class post now can tske up to and over 5 days..second class,? You will be lucky to get it in less than two weeks.
One parcel took over 10 days to appear.
No it's not Covid, it's poor management.
Hermes had the reputation once of being the worse now it greatly out performs Parcelforce/Royal Mail, more efficient with a working tracking system and swift delivery.
Royal Mail has slowly slid right down over the years to being the most unreliable service offered. It's about time it was sorted out. And what a laugh that the Gov uses it for PCR tests? With their mailing times? The local PO box was spewing pcr returns the other day. If you are going to put on an essential service like that, which you are being paid extra for...then employ extra staff to cope with it?
