Received an email from Royal Mail on Friday with a time slot for a 48hr parcel delivery.Didn't come.Another email Saturday with another time slot.Didn't come.Another email on today (Monday) with another time slot.Didn't come.What the hell is going on?? If they cannot provide the service they they are selling,then they should suspend that service until they can provide it.Surely its fraud to charge for a service that cannot be provided?
I have had no mail for a week now,still waiting for parcels that were despatched before Xmas,altogether,over 20 items bought from Ebay,still to be delivered,its an absolute joke.
