Sent a small parcel 2nd class signed for, 20 days later it arrived, in the meantime I had to send a replacement to the customer. Don't even bother trying to claim for the item, I did! filled in 2 x A4 forms, sent proof of posting, Item sale invoice, what do you get as compensation 6 stamps!
I will be using a courier from now on!
