I posted a small packet. It was already paid for, online, 1st class delivery. I did not use my regular post office (SY6 post code). I used Sundorne Avenue post office, post code SY1 4JP.
A parcel that ALWAYS takes 24 hours to deliver to Greater London from my usual post office in SY6 is still NOT with the recipient by 14th February. This packet was in the post office by 9:34am on 10th February. It has had 3 full postal days, plus most of Thursday to get to its recipient and isn’t there yet. - Why not??
Twice, in two years, these packets have been unreasonably delayed.
1: when the post office ignored the ‘Fragile’ warning on the packet and kicked it around the post office sorting Dept for a few days before finally delivering it, glass bottles broken. It had been WELL PACKAGED with protective bubble wrap.
2: when I used Sundorne Avenue sub post office SY1 4JP, as I did on 10/2/2022.
SORT THIS OUT POST OFFICE. ACCEPT THIS AS A FORMAL COMPLAINT that your online postoffice.co.U.K./feedback conveniently does not allow a customer to leave. You are being paid to perform a service!
