The most horrendous delivery company I have ever had to deal with. I paid for the highest possible fee to their associate Parcel Force to have an item collected from my house, a postman shows up asking to collect it and then tells me that he will not do it because he needs a van. I took the item myself to the post office and when I sent the complaint to both companies they kept passing the buck to each other. None of the companies takes responsibility for mixing up the delivery. Royal Mail gave me a tracking reference for a delivery to a complete stranger, lost track of the actual item I had posted and top of everything when I subsequently called their customer service to ask what they had done with the item the woman who answered the phone had the audacity to say that it was my fault since I chose to leave the item with a complete stranger! Since when did one of their Postal branches became "a complete stranger" I don't know. Since I now have to escalate the complaint I would strongly suggest anyone considering using their services to avoid the headache (and money loss) by finding a different carrier.
I cannot believe that Ofcom does not keep a tighter rope on this company and its affiliates because it is just unacceptable that they are allowed to lure unsuspecting victims this way.
