The service is going from bad to worse poorly trained staff no customer service at all emails not answered for days and then a total rubbish answer and they wounder why people are starting to use other courier companies
Sending a parcel in the post office is so much more expensive than buying online and dropping it of delivery drivers to keen to put the not in card through the letter box when disabled and cannot get to the door quickly even shouting that I'm coming to the door only to see the red card drop and the van disappeared electric vans now so you don't even here them sneaking up the yard anymore
