Not for the first time I've had several emails from them to say being delivered tomorrow, between this time and that time , even on the mornings of the delivery , only to send another email a few hours later to say it will be tomorrow.
We plan our day around that time as most people do, or worse leave part of our premises unsecured, so they can leave the parcel in a safe place.
