Unbelievably bad delivery with Signed For 1st class service. What use is a tracking number if there is no information until delivery is attempted? And how can it possibly take over a week to deliver something a distance that takes less than an hour to drive to? Should have driven it there myself. This was a return to Amazon, who also tried to rip me off by sending me a defective item. Unless the parcel turns up, I guess I'll just have to take the loss... The only thing I will have gained is learning to never use Royal Mail again, at least not for parcels. Appalling!
