the tracked heart medication for my dog has not been delivered despite saying it was due days ago. He is now without this essential medication. The Royal Mail tracking is currently offline as well
A disgusting company and I do not have any support whatsoever for their strike action.
I will do my best to get pet drugs online to use a different carrier, after
informing them of this problem.
