I mailed 1st Class, Signed for a parcel in early November this year. it was never received I checked their tracking system which advises it was delivered the next day but to the wrong address, they have denied receiving said parcel. Since then I have had 3 useless telephone conversations (after waiting nearly 90 minutes for calls to be answered) to be fobbed off with promised phone calls the next day which never happened. After 2 blistering emails finally customer services emailed me back and confirmed yes it was delivered to the wrong location but they had sent their operative back in to retrieve and it had been redelivered to the correct address. All lies it never happened! where is my parcel Royal Mail who has it?
