Useless incompetent lazy liars.
I sent a letter to mainland Europe using the international tracked and signed service on 22nd Feb, which was supposed to be delivered “within 3-5 working days”. The letter has been stuck at PCS Milton Keynes since 23rd Feb. WHY?! Why has it not moved through the system? Called their customer (dis)service department but it’s all automated and there’s no way to speak to a human. What a joke! Stay away and use other couriers. I will in the future!
