Delivery was planned and then at end of day one had a message to say deliver attempted - Address is inaccessible.
Following day received email to say parcel due to be delivered between 8.14 - 12.14 later that afternoon tracking states incorrectly addressed, return to sender!
On both days we had mail delivered by Royal Mail. What a joke. Apparently our address was not fully visible on the package - it took two days to work this out. No hope!
