Parcel is still at a depot ,been there for 4 days now and not moved .
Had an email to say will be delivered on Wednesday
That was changed about 1pm to say in transit ,phoned today and was told tgey have thousands of parcels to deliver
And 24 hr and 48 hr can be delivered any time and not in the time frame??? Of 24 hr/ 48 hr
Always thought if you wanted it next day that would be in 24 hrs
But not with royal FAIL disgusting service
