Absolutley disgusting and amatuer company my parcel was said to of been delivered but never was as they had an "agency postperson" on that day even with recipt and numerous visits to the local sorting office in Maidenhead where the staff are equally clueless i was advised to follow the complaint service which basically sent me the most pathetic email saying speak to the sender, the sender spoke to her end got asked to fill out a form and the querie just vanished on an expensive parcel. I will never send anything with this business again one of the most poorly run operations i have ever encountered if i ran my business the way this lot run things i would be lynched no wonder the country is the way it is with institions like this still operating.
