Treated like idiot disabling copy function; is it 0 or O?
Posted Royal Mail: 110A4A5242E on 11/04, Friday, 15/04 she got a txt saying parcel would arrive and it wasted her time and she phoned only to be told it was the wrong box and 20th, she still didn't have it. As these are flowering, not flour, I refunded me £13.45. Yesterday, it was reported Royal Mail £726m yesterday. I'm livid. They make it almighty difficult to claim: go to the online where you can't tell if the number is 0 or O. They should either use number first or letters first instead of making me guess whether it is an O or a zero. They also disable all copy function. After paying £3 to be treated like an idiot. Why nobody complains? Then when checking 11 letters/ numbers TWICE, it says sorry you have to wait 10 days which is today and the form had to be abandoned. I'm so livid: plants 10 days in a box will be no good. I refunded the customer and I don't make £726m treating my customers like this! And they covered their track that they had delivered the item.
