My parcel has been stuck at LANGLEY HWDC for 21 days, it is supposed to get to its destination from posting in 5-7 days! Disgraceful, royal mail customer service told me to contact Langley although gave me no contact details at all! Why should I when I used Royal mail to provide my service not Langley!! Terrible customer service no updates for track and trace and an important document is floating about somewhere in Langley U.K when it should now be in Australia with its rightful owner!!! Not providing the service they are paid for, why are they getting away with this?
