Wish there was a minus star because that's what I would have given! Registered letter (International tracked and signed) accepted 9.20am on Saturday 8th AND still no movement on it!!!! Arrived at Glasgow mail centre Saturday 8th July 4.58pm and it's not moved from there since. When I called, they couldn't tell me where it was.......what did I pay for???? More than £8 for postage costs. " Track your mail" it said! " Delivery" 3- 5 days it said! Absolutely disgraceful service. Think twice before using Royal Mail service....I will in future. Rubbish service. Update!! Still no movement 15th July @ 07.20am...come on Royal Mail. GET A MOVE ON! Further Update!! 16th July Still no movement from Glasgow Mail Centre where it has been since 8th July!!! 8 days of non movement !!!! Would like an explanation. Email complaint sent.....no feedback received. Does Royal Mail even exist?? I wonder ?? Reply to email received apologising for any delay but unable to provide further information than that on their website. Update 17th July 9 days of non movement!
